Our inspiration reaches across Europe—from Italian espresso culture and French pastry craft to the fresh ingredients and bright flavors of the Mediterranean. But what inspires us most is the way time around a table is treated as something worth slowing down for.
At Hula Mula, those influences meet Orlando’s color, energy and easygoing spirit. It is not a copy of one place or tradition, but our own take on the things we love about them—bright, relaxed and made for here.

From the Swans to the Fountains.
Downtown Orlando has a little magic of its own. It begins at Lake Eola, where swans glide across the water, palms frame the skyline and the city gathers along the shore.
From there, the story winds toward Orange Avenue and into the Central Business District, where glass towers catch the Florida sun and the sound of fountains softens the rhythm of the working day.
Right there, at 201 S Orange Avenue, you’ll find Hula Mula—a bright little escape waiting between the city and the fountains.
